## Highlights
- **First run no longer freezes.** Setup used to hang on "Resolving…" while indexing walked every file synchronously on the UI thread. Sources now index in the background and the engine runs in its own process — first graph read against ~900 documents: ~6ms. - **New Files view.** Browse and edit the markdown behind any source — rendered or raw — without leaving the app. - **Add a GitHub repo as a source.** Point setup (or Settings) at `org/repo` and its `CLAUDE.md` / `AGENTS.md` / `README.md` / `docs/**` resolve alongside your local layers — no clone required. Auth is a keychain reference only; a raw token never lands in a config file. - **Staleness dates you can trust.** Sections without an explicit `updated:` date no longer fall back to file mtime (which a fresh clone stamps with today's date). They now date from git history, so "last updated" reflects when the content actually changed. - **Indexing limits are configurable** in Settings → Indexing, not just environment variables.
